The Four Seasons from Jeannette Douglas Designs.

Jeannette says,

A Four Season Sampler all in one. The border uses Gloriana Threads Lorikeet Wool in 3 different colours to unite the 4 seasons. There is an optional Canadian Flag included. It uses a variety of specialty stitches in each season, the consistent stitch is the Brick Stitch which is done in 4 different colourways in the seasons. There is an embellishment package available with the colours used in all four seasons, including the Bijoux, Accentuate, beads, charms and silk threads to complete the piece.

An embellishment package includes all the silk threads and all the buttons and charms needed to complete the piece.

This design is stitched in luxurious silk. Many “specialty” stitches are used – there are diagrams and written instructions for all of them, making this design approachable – if you have patience (and Google), your initial skill level with specialty stitches will improve with each section!

Stitched on 32 count Lt Examplar Linen from Lakeside Linens which is no longer available. We recommend Platinum Belfast as an excellent substitute.
