High Tide from Rosewood Manor. Karen says,
Inspiration is everywhere, even in the makeup aisle! I saw a set of eye shadow called “HIGHTIDE” and I love the box and colors. Then I found the perfect over-dyed fabric, and the rest is history as they say!
